“Interpretation of Camel products” according to master pastry chef, Riccardo Magni.

In October, there will be a show-cooking programme in Ferrara, Ancona and Teramo, in collaboration with Camel Pasticceria and accompanied by the brilliant pastry maker, in which you will have the opportunity to witness the unmistakable style of a true master.

The dates to note in your diary are:

  • Ferrara, Thursday, 4th October 2018 from 2 pm; the recipes that will be presented include a mignon tartlet with bavarois and gelée, a baked fruit custard cake, a mignon or cake with a rich fruit crème and a mignon with ricotta and raisins and Piedmont wine.   • Ancona, Thursday, 4th October 2018; The recipes that will be presented are a mignon tartlet with bavarois and gelée, a baked fruit custard cake, a mignon or cake with rich fruit crème, a mignon with ricotta, raisins and Piedmont wine and a mignon Exotic with crème chiboust. The show will be at Leda, Senigallia (Ancona)
  • Teramo, Friday, 5th October 2018 from 3 pm; The recipes that will be presented are a mignon Exotic with crème chiboust, a zabaione spread, a baked berry custard cake, a mango bavarois and a mignon with rich blueberry crème.
