Aromas and flavours are preserved through the vacuum seal and the product can be stored for a long time without using any preservatives.<\/p>\n<p>After jar cooking, the dessert is naturally preserved for many months, thus maintaining the fragrance, aromas and humidity of the dough that is typical of a freshly baked product. Paired with the distillates, the jar cooking technique guarantees a prolonged preservation of the product allowing for production optimisation.<\/p>\n<p>Camel has selected three jar formats, leaving the pastry chef free to create different recipes according to his or her needs.<\/p>\n<p>Whether it is a traditional rum baba or a delicious candied fruit cake, jar cooking allows pastry chefs to offer a dessert that will remain naturally fresh and fragrant, as if freshly baked, for months.
