Flavouring cream without palm oil of compact consistency, characterised by a dark colour and a persistent taste of fruity cocoa. The sweetness of this product is slightly perceptible. The large quantity of cocoa mass gives the product an intense and pleasant taste of dark chocolate. Palm Oil Free.

Ideal for Flavouring of creams, 20-30% praline filling, glaze customisation. It is perfect for replacing cocoa powder in ice-cream parlour.

Crema Vienna 5 Kg

Spreadable cream with a taste of dark fondant chocolate with fruity aftertaste and a delicate nutty note. The balanced sweetness releases all the quality of the raw materials. The Vienna cream is always shiny, soft and perfect when cut.

Pasta Cremino 5 Kg

From the original recipe created in the 1800s, Camel proposes the cremino pasta, updating its formula, giving more balance to the original ingredients. Even today we use sieved hazelnuts, cocoa butter and sugar. It is an exceptional base for pralines, it has a light colour and a balanced sweetness to enhance the flavour of the hazelnut with a delicious aftertaste of cocoa butter. Palm Oil Free.

Ideal for Easy to cut Cremini and Cremone, stuffed with long-life pralines and chocolates, glazed. Used in ice-cream parlours for cremino taste and variegation.
